Nigerian-born and UK-based, I came to cybersecurity through the service desk: years of helping real people with real problems before I ever wrote a detection rule. That still shapes how I work.
I hold an MSc in Cybersecurity from Edinburgh Napier University and a BEng in Computer Engineering from the University of Ilorin. I'm currently a Cyber Security Advisor at The Cyber Helpline, supporting victims of cybercrime. Before that I was a SOC Analyst at Amdari, triaging alerts and building detections in Microsoft Sentinel and Defender.

I'm a Cyber Security Advisor at The Cyber Helpline, a role I've held as a volunteer since 2025. It's a UK charity that gives free, expert help to people affected by cybercrime and online harm: hacked accounts, scams, sextortion, stalkerware.
It keeps my work grounded. Detections and dashboards matter, but so does explaining calmly to someone what happened and what to do next.
